Car Suspension Question

Please keep in mind that I am not very experienced at mechanical work. The question I have is this. I would like to know if there is a difference between sway bar links and stabilizer links. The reason why I am asking is because when I am on a rough road or hit a bump my front tires sound like they are loose. I am assuming this is a suspension problem because the lug nuts are torqued properly. Thanks in advance.

they sound loose but do they feel loose threw the steering wheel or can you notice wobble? you probably just popped a sway bar end link off haha happens all the time when youre on aftermarket coilevers

Could be any number of things. There is a lot more to suspension than lug nuts.

Whats the noise sound like? Where is it coming from? Any weird vibrations or tire wear? What are you doing when you hear the noise?

Nothing lowered. Doesn't have hub caps. I was thinking it was the sway bar end link as well, which is why I was asking if there is a difference between sway bar links and stabilizers links. Are they the same thing?

swaybar links and stab links are the same thing. just called different for some reason. check the lower control arm bushing its a well know problem for these cars. theres a TSB somewhere, ive done a few at work, which is a ford dealer.
