Whenever I go over a bump or any type of gravel or uneven surface I hear a clicking noise in the front right. Any ideas what may be causing this?

 

Strut tower bearing maybe. Clicking isn't generally used as a noise description. Is it speed related, happen only while turning, can you feel it in the steering wheel or brake pedal, any suspention mods or recent work done on that side?.... etc
