Cobalt LCA bushing the same?

I'm pretty sure my lower control arm bushing are done in my LE5 LNF lower control arms but I just want to check that all the bushing in all models are the same? I found some solid rubber ones for pretty cheap that look to be better quality than the OEM ones but just want to be sure before I buy them.

95% sure this is accurate:
All aluminum LCA rear bushings are the same, but they are different than for the steel LCA's. So be sure it is specified for LE5.

I was going to mention the same thing lol

OP, Moog K201285 is listed for the fe3 suspension with zinc coating for aluminum control arms. They can be found for $30-40 a pop, sometimes a bit cheaper. While not anywhere near the quality of OTTP or Powell, it is a spherical joint and better than rubber replacements.

I just purchased the Moog bushings with Moog sway bar endlinks. This should hopefully fix my clunk in the front suspension.

Good luck, I'm sure they will be better than stock. I run powells setup and it's been great.

I might pick up the Moog spherical bushings sometime. I got the solid rubber ones a few years ago when my stockers were trashed. Haven't noticed any issues but wouldn't mind the upgrade.

Yeah actually I was thinking of replacing the LCA bushings when I replace the swaybar bushings since I need to do that.

It made a world of difference. I also did MOOG upper strut mounts, MOOG sway bar end links, and MOOG rear control arm bushings. I plan on doing MOOG front control arm bushings and MOOG rear trail beam bushings

Yes that would be cool. His website doesn't have a lot of info.

I bought replacement sway bar bushings but they look impossible in my LNF sedan. How are you supposed to do them without dropping the subframe??

Unbolt the bracket from the bushing, then pull the bushing off of the swaybar. Slip the new one on, easy peasy (I haven't done it, but it doesn't look hard). There should be a split in the bushing so you can slip it on without removing the swaybar.

Well from what I saw there are two bolts that hold the bushing to the subframe. One is easy, the other is tucked underneath the body almost so there wasn't an easy way to get to it. If you can show me how you do it, it would be much appreciated. I couldn't figure it out.

The picture I saw showed a hole in the subframe where you can access it. I'm actually pretty upset with myself that I didn't do this when I replaced the engine.

there is a access hole in the sub frame for the one bolt and the other one you can get to from the top. use a small quarter inch ratchet and a extension.
