coilover question regarding LNF axles

i have a set of KW V 2 coilovers for my 08 tc balt. i am wanting to put them on soon but i want to make sure anybody hasnt had any problems after installing them. i know i will need an alignment im sure but has anybody heard of them snapping an axle after lowering? my friend snapped an axle on his LNF but im not sure if it was related to the fact that he had it lowered all the way on his coilovers (he was also on KW coilovers). thanks in advance!
Matt

LNF axles are massive. The only way you will break them is if you are a bonehead and slam the car, causing axle bind.

ok cool...so if i just lower it to an amount that takes out most of the wheel gap that should be fine correct? because he had his car as low as it would possibly go on the coilovers

no worries.
powell doesn't have any actual links for their site, but they make top notch parts for our platform.
OTTP Rotated Trans Mounts

here is a link to what they look like etc.
DO NOT buy from them.
Powell used to make their mounts and they ended up breaking there deal. Now OTTP continues to steal his design with shittier product.
Contact gloria directly at gloria@powellraceshop.com. shes is a major sweetheart and will work with you to answer any questions.

john powell may also chime in here, but he's pretty busy sometimes.
there are also several other threads arounds explaining it.

he also sells the spacers so you don't have steering

Steering Rack Spacers
heres a link to more info and what they look like.
same deal as above though. contact powell isntead.
