Rumor has it that some cobalt owners will be getting the B+G coilovers late next week.

They will indeed! If you are part of the original first-round Gravana Pre-Sale, your coil-overs are already shipping! Tracking will be emailed to you shortly.

No kidding right, jumping ship had crossed my mind, but these seemed well designed and I like the red color (hehe).

I'm new to this and have already learned a lot about coilovers just from this thread. However, I have a couple questions about the CA coilovers as I might be buying when taxes come back:

1. If you install these, are they absolutely complete (as in I don't need shocks/struts or any other hardware)?
2. How much lower and higher can I go with the CA coilovers vs. my stock SS/SC setup?
3. Would adding these yield a front end alignment? Would I need an alignment every time I switch heights?
4. How quick and easy are these to adjust?

Also, how do these CA coilovers compare to the BCs on Modern Performance? I prefer the black ones since I have a mostly yellow/black car, but the CAs seem more cost-effective...

Thanks in advance!

I am having the complete JBP coilover kit installed on my daily driver SS/SC this week.
I will give my opinion of it after I get a chance to put the car through the motions this weekend.

ss/tc coil overs

Anyone here tried any of the coil overs on a SS/TC ????
What are your thoughts?
do you track the car?

Looking at the TC suspension components listed from the GM engineers we work with, along with the weights of both the TC and SC, Gravana's B&G set-up will be perfect for the SS/TC.

Thanks,
Do you guy's have anyone with a SS/TC that has installed this coil over?

Gravana1 09-10-2008 05:56 PM

Typically we don't know exactly what cars our parts are going on unless they call first and we talk to them. I would say about 75% of our customers we never speak to as the order comes in online, gets shipped out asap, etc.

tru2nrtt777 01-05-2009 07:39 PM

Megan now has a racing coilover with a 355lb/in spring rate and 24 way adjustment.

Cheapest coilover yet with the KW's and Ksports going for over 1K on ebay and these are $900 with camber adjustment.
