Coilovers in the winter

Hey guys, I just ordered some stance coilovers over the weekend but they aren't going to be here for a couple of weeks so I had a question. Does anyone run their coilovers, specifically stance, in the winter? I'm not worried about being a snow plow since we typically don't get more then a few inches here, I'm more concerned with road salt. Leaning towards waiting until spring to put them on to avoid premature wear and tear.

This is the second winter that I have mine, and I live close to him. Mines are fine, don't have any problem in the winter

just wait if you can. this will be the first winter on my coils but i won't be driving my car much in snow/ heavy salts, plus the roads here get cindered instead of salted. if you do put them on just make sure they are greased and lubed up, maybe sprayed down with a lithium grease so if any salt gets on them if just slips right off and doesnt stay on the metal

If they are very stiff you might find braking a challenge in wet or snowy weather. No weight shift front to rear to nail the front tires down and promote grip in your front tires for your braking.

The Stance Coils are expensive. If you just ordered them and you are concerned about the winter, then just wait for March or April, 3 or 4 months more.

Yeah I'm most likely gonna wait haha. I just got a tracking number so it looks like they might be here this week instead of next month so I will probably just test fit them to hold me over until spring.

I run mine all year, slammed. Doesn't snow much here, and if it does, I don't drive.

Yeah I'm not worried about being too low I just didn't want to seize them up because of road salt, I think I read on here a long time ago about that. I believe it was a set of megan coilovers.

I would buy stances if we didn't get snow here we don't get a whole whole lot but we get big storms sometimes when we do and I don't wanna get stranded at college. I'm thinking about buying the Powell v2 springs though...hmm
