Confirming what CABs fit FE5

Hey,
got an Lnf.
Will the attached link bushings fit my control arms?
I'm pretty sure .... Just want to confirm!

https://www.amazon.com/Moog-K6698-Front-Control-Bushing/dp/B000C57Y8O

also will the below bushing (dunno what it's called) fit??

https://www.amazon.com/Moog-K200361-Control-Arm-Bushing/dp/B009B45R86/ref=mp_s_a_1_1?ie=UTF8&qid=1548627649&sr=8-1&pi=AC_SX236_SY340_FMwebp_QL65&keywords=K200361&d pPl=1&dpID=41sHlF6Ub-L&ref=plSrch

ALSO MY FRIEND HAS A 07 ION 2.4 .... WHAT BUSHINGS WILL WORK FOR HIM? NORMAL FE1 MOOG REPLACEMENT BUSHINGS?

Im 99% sure all cobalts/ions use the same size CABs. Just depends what style you want. Moog makes soherical ones which are much better than stock. Powell are the best.

Ball joints are the only difference between the control arms on a LNF vs. everything else. It's like 2mm bigger.

look for the moog problem solver control arm bushing (for the rear of the front control arm). they are a spherical joint inside a rubber bushing, you will never have to change them again.

Apparently fe1/steel arms use a slightly smaller size????

Spherical is cool ish. But expensive .... And I'm not tracking. I like solid rubber as it's pretty darn reliable.

Powell is the best 😁

Found em .... But also read up on some failures .... Like clunks .... I hate extra noises .... Solid rubber is fine for me .... Otherwise I'd risk the mood .... Just to many bad reviews on the moog spherical.
