Stock is rubber with cutouts allowing for motion in one direction and is notorious for wearing out. Allows deflection and wheel hop. Poly has no cutouts and looks like it discourages motion, seems harsh and counterintuitive to disallow control arm motion. Spherical allows for smooth motion WITHOUT deflection and won't wear out.

powell control arm bushings for the win

 

thats what happens to urethane control arm bushings. these were in my car when i bought it, made for some interesting handling and lots of front end movement.

go with powell bushings.
