D2 Coilovers Front End Link Mounting Tab

When installing my D2 coilovers, I noticed that there are no rings to prevent the mounting tab for the end links from spinning back and forth. Will this cause any handling issues?

For reference, here's a picture I found of k sport coilovers with a ring above and below the endlink mounting tab to prevent it from spinning...

your sway bar is going to lose all its tension through the movement of that ring without it being locked, yes. Where did you buy the D2 coilovers from?

I bought them from JM Auto Racing, but they shipped directly from D2. Do you think that they shorted me the rings to hold the tabs in place?

Ugh, cant believe they are still able to sell on this forum. I couldnt tell you whether they were shorted or not. I ordered a set of D2 springs from JM auto and they sent me Ksports and the ksports were lopsided on my car. Then I had to battle them with capital one to get my money back.

I just talked to a guy at D2 and I guess there is a set screw on the end link tab that you have to tighten down to hold it in place. No collar rings are necessary.
