Is the strut bar the same for the base model and an SS Coupe because i ordered one off the site and it doesn't seem to line up unless im positioning it wrong somehow

 

or does it go on reversed for a base model and flip it around for the ss?? any info would help....and I know the flat side of the sides go down im just trying to get it to line up correct

 

You don't actually need it. the strut towers are attached to the firewall. there's pretty much no flex there.

 

yeah its only good for looks really. that aside though, i see no reason whatsoever that the bar wouldn't work on any model. it has 3 bolt strut caps correct? idk if maybe the fe3 suspension is different in that way compared to an ss..

got it on there.....and actually believe it or not it quietened down my front end noise....i must of had some excess play from something in the towers
