Do I need a new rear axle beam?

Here are my specs:

Left:
camber: 0.4deg
toe: -.07deg

Right:
camber: -1.6deg
toe:0.27deg

I don't think these things can be bent back into spec. I'm thinking about buying a used one, but may run into the same issue. Closest part number I could find was 25864579, but 900 bucks plus shipping holy cow!! Wondering if this part number is the whole suspension assembly or only the beam? What do you guys suggest? No visible damage to the beam. I'm thinking about shimming the rear, but don't want to make my wheels stick out farther or have an off angle brake pad contact.

Talk to John Powell and see what he can do. Either that or get one from a junkyard.

just ordered some shims for the rear that go up to 1.5 deg of correction. Should get me close enough. I need to correct the toe a little bit also, so I'll probably still end up with about -0.2 deg of camber, which isn't bad. I did hit a pretty huge pothole this spring (gotta love Michigan roads :P), and I've never replaced the rear bushings either after 106k miles. I have some new bushings on the way, so I'll put those in and see what the alignment machine says after that to perform my shimming.

good luck finding one. you will need one from an LSJ or LNF. Although be warned that the lsj has a 22mm built in sway bar while the lnf has a 24mm sway bar built into the axle beam. You have the lnf, but you could still use an lsj beam along with an added sway bar to get the same or better handling. I think if you get the lsj beam you should get an additional sway bar. nobody likes to downgrade when replacing parts.

Wait, there are people that don't run a Powell sway bar at all times? I feel sorry for them and their cars handling.
