If you're careful, you could remove the old ones with a chisel and hammer. Catch the outer race and drive it inward, as it buckles in it will loosen up from the arm and come out. You will need some sort of press/vise method to re-install them though.
I would suggest going to a local firestone/goodyear/sears auto type of place, ask one of the mechanics if he would press them out and in for you. I know I would do it for $40 since with a press it would be fairly quick. If you bring the arms and bushings with you they should be able to knock it out in 10 minutes.

I got a buddy an hour north with a lift and press tho, so once my exhaust leak causing reduced power mode is fixed im heading up there. Gah, almost done.
