Question Drum brake problem

When I was driving, i heard a scrapping noise at the rear. The sound was comming from the left drum brake. SO today I went to inspect the my drums and the shoe retainer(not sure what it's called) is broken.

Do you guys know the part number for that?

Any luck with this? Mine is broken now too and wondering if replacing it fixes the squealing/grinding sounds from the brakes. This is mine:
