It sounds like you had the FE5 ones and now you have the FE1/FE3 ones. If lowered it could cause issues. I know when I upgraded from FE3 links to FE5 links I picked up some steering response and although I cant tell for sure it felt like it was a bit stiffer in the turns.

In other words take them back for the correct length.

powergrids arent truly worth the money unless your autocrossing.

For 90% street duty save yourself 100 bux and just run moog FE5 (SS) endlinks. They are beefy and come with a grease fitting much better than the stock pieces.

Try to set the sway bar ends (not end links) to be close to parallel to the ground. For me, that means shortening the end links. Easiest way to do this is to drive the car onto a ramp of boards and adjust/look from underneath.

I know this is an old thread I'm bumping, but my one endlink keeps popping off. I don't overtighten it and I'm lowered pretty good I think they might be too long? I have no idea why it is doing this, it'll stay on good for like a week then just random *pop* and it's laying on the control arm.

Not sure how bolted on item is popping off.

But replacing them with the moogs is cheap (60 total) and they are greasable.
