FE5 on an ls align???

FE5 on an ls align???

should i get an alignment if im just putting fe5 springs in? should only be an inch drop

Maybe 1/2" drop from fe1 to fe5, should be none at all if you believe GM's ride hieght specs. Should handle much nicer though

I make a point of having the alignment done after any work that involves removing / replacing front suspension parts but I'm a bit **** that way , probably be fine if just spring r&r.

Yes if you disassemble or replace any parts that affect you alignment you should get it checked/set. Youre doing both, removing the struts, and replacing springs, get an alignment

Your looking at a 1/2"-7/8" drop in front, and 1"-1 1/8" drop in rear. The ride heights are the same because of tire differences, the suspension member trim heights(spring heights) are significantly different however.

Wow, didn't think it was that much difference at the rear but looking at a stock ls in the parking lot....ya, that thing has the ass way up in the air. And the little tiny rims and tires sure don't help Was kind of assuming that the op was going to 17 or 18" rims too....guess he didn't say that though.
