Damn I really want some Coilovers also but I dont have the money, and im having the same problems w/ my stock struts, I dont see the point in paying $550+ for Koni struts when I can double that and get some Coilovers...

 

thats why i finally went with coilovers, lowering springs are to hard on the struts.

 

well that means they are nice and broken in for me haha! it's all good. million mile warranty on Eibach!

And let me know how the ride and handle and so on and so forth thats the exact reason i didnt go with eibachs or nething like that because i knew it would **** my suspension up a little and i just want the full thing so i wont have to worry bout nething down the road

Konis actually are a GREAT alternative to coilovers. If you want it just for daily driving and some recreational auto-x, Konis do REALLY well and are a more suitable than coilovers unless you just want the bling factor.

The only reason I'm holding out for coilovers is because I do open track days (I think you might too...either that or I'm confusing you with someone else). If you do that and/or are a serious auto-xer then you're better off holding out for full coilovers.

Hey man i like those coilovers man and by the way spent so much on them could not buy any socks

 

the dampening is quite adjustable, your friend was probably just not looking for comfort, more like performance. kinda like me, i'm gonna leave mine maxed out on the stiff side when i'm out running it, maybe daily driving i'll make it a bit softer.

no i have plenty of socks, just prefer barefoot when i'm not in boots and acu's


edit: btw just finished the install, took lotsa pics, still need to lower the front a little more in the morning. the how to will be up in the next couple of days in the suspension section, i will post a link in this thread

actually your right after closer inspection of there picture, i noticed the k sport sticker that goes on the back of the lower mount, but i'm glad i ordered them from who i did, because i got them next day with free shipping.

oh ok sounds good, ill talk to him lol cause i know his are adjustable, but he thinks its dumb why lower the car only when racing lol

 

ride height has nothing to do with stiffness, the dampner itself is what controlls that, i don't know if his are like these, where i can adjust the dampening 36 ways. i'll post pics of what i mean in the how to i'm gonna make.
