H&R question

I went to Gravana tuning website to look at the h&r springs and noticed that if you put in 06 2.0 ss they say that they lower the car 1.6 front and 1.75 rear if you put in 06 2.2 coupe the same part # says it will lower the car only 1.5 and 1.4., but they also list race springs that lower the car 2.0 and 1.6. Does anybody know why this is and will the race ones fit the ss/sc?

We need an overall thread of springs available and how much they lower, improve or decrease ride and handling...

That would be nice and it would be great if we could have pictures of cars with all the springs on so we could easily compare them.
