Help! Camber questions...

I have a 2005 cobalt ls with the ark stp coil over and i need to adjust my camber because the insides of my front tires is wearing fast. Can i use a (Ingalls Camber Kit Front Fastcam 12mm Camber Kit ±2° For Drops Up to 3.0") or do I need something else or cuts?

Thanks

You shouldnt need bolts at all. grinding off the splines from the stock bolt should get you enough adjustemtn to get in spec.
