Help! I want a mean suspension!

Can anybody help me out? I need advice on EVERYTHING I will need for a completely badass suspension. I have read the suspension 101 sticky thread. I'm willing to spend some good money on it. I just need advice cause I'm pretty new with cars. I don't care a whole lot about ride comfortability. Performance is most important to me. Thanks in advance for your help guys.

lcabs before anything. Seriously. After doing mine the first thought was that I'd wished I'd done it first. Then the bar, then the springs and shocks.

heres my 2 cents... powell makes the best suspensionstuff out for this car.

powell hardcore bar(xxx if u plan on more track time)
konis and yyz v2s
hardcore control arms(at minimum the spherical lcabs
twisitng beam bushings

that should be give you a good start

^this!
Trying to save up for his spherical cabs, and rotated mounts (F23)

I have the YYZ v.2's with koni yellows, and the Hardcore rear bar . man this thing handles like its on rails. I hear the cabs should take any play out and increase the steering response. It's next on my list, i need to do brakes anyway.

If you can do what the others have suggested with Powell you will fall in love with your car again.

do his CAB's really make THAT much of a difference? Just better steering feel I thought.

Where does steering feel come from, Bob? Think on that.

It makes the front end suspension components travel in truer arcs and with less friction. That translates to better tire wear, better ride, better handling, all of those things. Is the steering wheel tighter? Sure. But instead of transferring the pounding of bumps to the chassis it lets the suspension do the work of absorbing them as was designed. Better ride. Better tire wear because the suspension holds the alignment through it's travel.

win win.

Replace your shocks with 2x4's and you will deffinitely have a mean suspension.

i see what hes saying.... it doesnt make the steering itself better but however when your going into a corner hard you definatelly feel the arms respond to the motion of steering which is honestly my favorite part about it. the front end REALLY bites.
