I'm ordering new brake rotors and pads very soon. Since I'm planning to order from TTR, I'd like suggestions as to which rotor/pad combination to go with.

Rotor Options:

Powerslot
EBC
BAER

Pad Options:

EBC Green stuff
EBC Red stuff
Hawk HPS
Hawk Ceramic


I haven't read anything terrible about either brands. I think in terms of the rotors, I'd be fine with either of the 3, but I would value some input if you have experience with them.

My biggest concern is what is the best set of pads to go with...If I go with EBC rotors I'll likely go with EBC pads...but which ones are better? Red or Green and why?

What about if I choose Powerslot or BAER rotors? Which pads should I choose?

Any of those combinations look good to me as they are all quality parts.

 

Power Slot / Hawks

 

Brembo blanks, and any of those pads if you want the best performing brakes.

No drilled or slotted

 

HPS or Ceramics?


I'm getting one of the 3 rotors listed...

 

unless you are running track days get the HPS.
