Help me with suspension ideas..

Hey guys,

So, I installed Sportlines last summer on my FE3 struts, and after a year on them, the suspension has surely felt better.. The car handles good and looks amazing, but the ride quality is similar to a Radio Flyer wagon.. I find myself slowing to almost a stop over every bump just to soften the blow.. Nothing is loose or creaky, the struts just are too shrunk to do anything.. So, here's a quick poll, but fell free to expand below..

Thanks!

If you don't drive in snow, dirt, mud etc...go for COs...if this is your daily driver, then I'd go with struts and lowering springs...

I drive in all of the above. haha I live in Pittsburgh afterall.. The changing weather and pothole capitol of the world..

I'm assuming that FE5's with Sportlines will sit lower but FE5's with Pedders will handle better, right? I'm just worried about blowing another set of struts..

Also, I like the stance with the Sportlines.. I'm worried that the Pedders will give me more wheel gap than I'd like..

^^I can't speak for the other combinations but I'm happy (for DD setup) with TC struts and H&R springs with 40k miles so far...if I ever get a replacement winter car, I would move up to COs because a car that is corner balanced is so much more predictable...
