Hows the sway bar work? / How can one be too big?
the problem is it never ends. I am working on a cheap 114.3 upgrade for you and may have to make a bracket to mount the rear hub bearing (ex front Solstice or whatever depending on abs tooth count issues) with the way i may have to mount the rear wheel bearing you will potentially be able to use the Grand Am style spacer plate to shim and align from there ; my RL is plenty fast without the rear spherical joints, but i will prolly change that this winter. Next up on your "to-do" list is to get some URace It sub frame connectors i think that is a meaningful improvement, no actual specific data to support my claim...
I have heard of the URace sub frame connectors. I read a thread about them once a while ago, i'll have to search that forum down again. Not to mention, it would provide a much needed quick jack point on this car.
Will do.

not bad at all. I think once i get back to the states and have all the stuff i am sitting on now squared away and ready, i'll order one. I've got like 3 projects halfway completed, and nobody to do the work, because i'm 7000 miles away, haha.
Thanks for the info

How much weight will the subframe connector add to the car?
I am guessing the gain in chassis stiffness out weights the weight added at such a low cg location.
sorry, I think I am going off topic here...he he

ls1 did you corner balance your coilovers??
if so you should really do that it will give you an unbelievable improvement...
i have the problem of owning a japanese based car....SO...
half the subframe bracesa nd rear cross braces dont do anything for my car b/c they are not researched and then developed they are just developed...where as the good ones are hard to ifnd b/c everyone would rather just have the cheap ones....looks like it is time to got to the metal supplier and get my welding up to par...
i would guess MAYBE 25 lbs....and with it being so low it is probly negligible for the gains..
