I know, I know, ANOTHER BRAKE THREAD!

Hey guys. I know there are a bazillion brake threads for the TC's, but I have two simple questions.

1. does using hawk HPS pads on the rear brakes ONLY, negatively effect the braking performance of the car by a whole lot? these will be the 6th set of rear pads on my 08 with just 50K kilometers. I can't do the stocker pads again if I don't have to. I don't auto X
just a spirited DD on an otherwise stock SS.

2. is this the proper part number for the hawk HPS rear pads for the 08+SS?
HB478F.605?

thanks guys.. I did use the search FIY, but there MANY threads about brakes and I couldn't read them all.

I run HPS in the back. It's fine. Not sure of the part number, just order them from a reputable vendor.
