they say theyre not designed to drop more than 2 inches, but can....i intend to drop mine more, as the sportlines are a 2.5in rear drop, and a 2.0in front...but these konis fit on the SS as well, and sportlines only drop those about 1.5 in...so im thinking it can probably take the drop as i believe they were designed around the SS, but also fit the 2.2 and 2.4 instead of the other way around

Koni will take the drop of the Eibach Sportlines and Prokit just fine, along with the Progress and most other brands.

It is not the struts that wont take it, the struts in winter will be just fine.

It is how low the car will sit, and if there is snow how well you can go through it.

You can adjust them to fit your needs. They work awesome with the Eibach Sportlines

this is true...ive got em with sportlines and love em. ive never adjusted em so far though, as i want a firmer ride, but at the same time the car is already getting a jolt every once in a while from little dips onthe freeway at higher speeds. i have 0 regrets with these things though

Got my Koni struts and Eibach sportslines springs today. I must say, they are great!! The ride is really smooth, just has to modify the front OEM strut, aside from that it's perfect combo!! I'll recommend it to anyone!!

The only concern that I have with these are that the front is a cartridge. You have to cut apart your stock housing and install the Koni cartridge in there. How reliable is that, how is the quality, is that worth the money??

Andy,

Koni has done this for years w/ great success. All the J-body guys use Koni's for years upon years w/ the insert. Not any different than buying a full strut except for koni makes it much less expensive for you...

Thanks man...This is yet another buy that I maybe gettin in on in the near future. I might have to find someone to help/do the front struts for me though. I don't have the place nor the tools to try it myself.

It wasn't that hard to do. There's an instruction that comes with. Just follow it and it's good to go!

yes...idk if its rear, but it sounds like the front left strut. even small bumps make a small squeek, but its hardly noticeable with music on, and i always have the radio on
