I was gonna just do ssc lowering springs but im sure if i did that i would be greedy and want moar low and regret not doing it right.
Thanks!

Opinions are like...
Personally if you can get them for a decent price I would get them in a heartbeat. 07cobaltls had the V1's(no camber adjustment) and I really liked the handling on his car. I don't know about drop because he left them at the height they shipped at. It will still understeer at limit though.

They tend to have higher spring rates in front than back, but they have the best out of the box dampers, for Cobalts (Konis aside). As long as they aren't leaking, or the adjuster isn't stuck, and both front adjusters can still turn the same amount, they should be fine. If he used an impact on the fronts, don't even bother. It ruins the seals.
cool deal thanks guys! they are like brand new. he used them for 50 miles and decided he wants stance coilovers so he can be even more slammed to the ground. i dont need to be that low. i know they lower a pretty good amount which is fine with me. But yea the guy knows his stuff and he is giving me a pretty dang good deal so i will probably jump on them. I appreciate your guys input!
