Exclamation KW Variant 2 Install Help PLZ!!!

Hey guys please help me out or if you've ever experienced this. I'm having a he'll of a day of installing the fron set. For some reason when I tighten the nylock nut on the top mount the strut keeps spinning so it doesn't tighten all the way down. I've never ever had that happen. We've compressed the the spring with a jack, pressed down on the wheel and tighten but it only tightens half way still. Has anyone ever encountered this Problem before?

If you have a pair of vicegrips wrap a rag around the shaft and clamp the vicegrips over it. Have someone hold that and someone tighten the nut at the same time.

I'll try that again. It kept spinning when I tried that yesterday with visegrips. Thanks Damien. If anyone else has suggestions or experience let me know! Thanks.

Thats the way to do it, if you don't have another person you can do what my dad suggested I do.
Vicegrip the shaft real tight and you can actually just lay it on the floor while you tighten so it doesnt spin.

Yea that would happen to me from time to time. I just kept gunning it and it ended up tightening itself.
