Leaking reat caliper

Leaking reat caliper
My right rear caliper has a small leak. Looking at the back of the caliper, there's a nut surrounded by a spring. A little beyond that nut is a black seal/boot and that's where its leaking.. Anyone had this problem? Can it be fixed or do I have to replace the caliper?
