If you can make it over a speedbump (even a small one like that) then your not slammed in my opinion. It's low......i'll give it that. But I would have gotten stuck on my frame rails and teeter tottered.......lol.
at :13 he was bottomed out on the front skid plate (you can see it in the first pic).
Trust me when I say I can't make it over a speedbump, regardless of how small it may be. My subframe braces occasionally catch stray rocks on the road.......lol. My subframe bracing probably sits about half the distance to the ground in comparison to my side splitters.

the lower you go, the more you will have to be careful of scraping. You won't scrape over stuff like potholes or bumps in the road (but it will be uncomfortable) you just have to take into account slopes for driveways and such, and speed bumps. Lowering the car doesn't really make it undriveable at all.
