Little Shake While Braking 20-30MPH

So while I'm braking from 50 or 60 or whatever my steering wheel/brake pedal will shake a little at between 20 and 30 MPH. All smooth and doesn't shake at higher or lower than that, I can brake from 60 to 0 and it will only shake when my speedo is between 20 and 30mph. Starts shaking at 30mph and is gone before it hits 20mph. Can't think of what it could be??? Rotors very slightly warped?

It's possible that your rotors could be a little warped, you don't feel the shaking at any other speeds?

No shaking at any other speeds. I'd think if the rotor was warped a little or even alot, that it would shake at most speeds.

Hmm that's true, when I had my lancer ralliart the wheel would shake like crazy when I hit the brakes at any speed because of the rotors. You might want to take it your local shop to have them check it out, I hate taking my car in but sometimes it's the best thing to do haha

There's no recall on them, but depending on the millage and year of your car you might get replacements under warranty

Ya I just replaced my back brake pads, I'm gonna wait a little longer til my front pads get lower so then I'll just replace all the rotors and front brake pads. Hope that takes car of it.

Could be you also got some rust or pitting on the rotor that did not come off during normal braking. I've seen that create problems. Overall though, sounds like your rotors. Perform a good visual inspection to see if you have any nastiness on them.
