LNF rear brakes on LSJ?

LNF rear brakes on LSJ?
I am wanting to do this but I am not getting any definitive Answer on whether or not the Calipers needed to be replaced to accommodate for the larger rotor,. And if this set up will bolt right up to an 05 LSJ rear axle? I did figure out that the brakes lines will have to be changed out
