Lower it same front/rear???

hmm it is. except minor weight reduction and airbox mod. would that qualify as stock? and the blower in my sig is a link to ecotecforum.com it normaly says ecotecforum.com in the lower cornere in white but idk whats up

No, that would not qualify as stock. Looks like you'd be in STS already... it should be fun but don't expect to win much of anything if you're in a competitive region. I'm in the Detriot region which is one of the most competitive in the nation... to win STS here is quite the task.

I don't race the Cobalt though, I've got a Neon running in E Prepared.

BTW, if you go with a rear sway bar check out www.TurboTechRacing.com we manufature a 1.0" (25.4 MM) Rear sway bar (largest of any manufacture on the market)

If you put back whatever was removed for weight reduction and put your airbox back together right then you could run stock. You can have a drop in filter element, but you can't actually change the design of the box.

Or you could run STS and pretty much have at it with the suspension mods. Your car and your decision. Personally I think I'd just sign up for an autocross with the car as is and go from there, decide which class you want to run it in if you want to keep running at all. There's a great deal of fun to be had even if you're not winning, and even if you don't have one of the faster cars at all. It's amazing how much fun it can be to take a stock economy car around a good course.

huh well stock sound..well..like its out of the factory stock. lol so ill probly just have fun with the sts and do what ever i want. its not about winning its about having fun lol
