lowering a cobalt lt with 18's

i am thinking about lowering my 06 cobalt lt and i have 225/40/18 rims. was wondering if anyone has had any rubbing issues when lowered?

nope, u can put 19s lowered and be fine.

The ride will be very hard with those 19's. I recommend you take care in the suspension you choose and not cut corners by just getting springs, you will regret it.

I want to do that same thing i got 18" rims on now and wanted to get the sportline springs on, do u think i well have problems? Heres i pic how high my car is..

The ride on 19's is not that bad.. but do make sure you get new shocks and struts... at a MINIMUM get the SS/SC shocks and struts if you dont want to go with Koni's

search, and might as well get a decent set of after market springs, u will always want it lower.
