i cant speak for other springs but h&r and b&g's cause i had them both b&g's rode horribly and blew the shocks after a few 1,000 miles on my base model. then got the 09 ss/tc and installed the h&r sports and they are riding great so far. your going to be feeling more bumps obviously cause that's what to expect on a low low spring.

Get CM Springs: 1' front 1.5' back. Ride quality as good as stock. Similar drop to sportlines but for much cheaper, 180 bucks shipped.

im on h&r race springs and im taking them out. its too low and i have vibration problems caused by the poor driveline angle. as far as i can measure, its 2.2" /1.6" lower than stock right now, thats after being in the car for 5 or so years. the car isnt too low to drive, just gotta be careful on speedbumps and curbs.

im on hr"s and love em....i dont scrape anything and its really not bad to drive on....any lowering kit will stiffen up the front end a little.....the back feels no different then stock....sportlines will only drop you an inch...you wouldnt even notice it....if youre gonna lower it then do it right the first time and go low....ps it will only take ya a couple of hours to do it yourself...the back only takes like 20 mins...dont forget to get a 4 wheel alignment when youre done, will be another 100 bucks

Yeah that what I was thinking so do you guys think I should buy the used H&Rs the guy said it was for a 07 ss but he has a 2.4 auto so I it's not a ss I think would the springs fit my ss/tc and springs have about 30,000 miles on them
