Found some progressive lowering springs on ebay for like $166. Just was wondering if thats good brand or if there are better ones. Anyone have the progressive ones?

Sportlines offer a bit more of a drop than the Progress, both are good though

its recommended but you dont NEED to. the stock struts will last maybe 50,000-100,000 miles depending on how low the springs drop your car and how aggressive you drive...

but yes, eventually, new struts/shocks are a must.
