megan coilovers problem.

got my coilovers put on, bought em' used. The were nice and tight with 0 noise until a couple days ago, now it sounds like one has a 'chatter', like something isn't tight or something. I'm new to coilovers so have no idea. camber bolts are tightened, endlinks are tight and have no play. But over every little hump (I'm talking tiny) it has like a weird noise that I would call "chatter". Hopefully someone can help me out.

this is what it sounds like, and this may be the problem too idk right now. The guy wrote that he tightened the top nut, but not sure which he's talking about because I have both top nuts under the dampener adjuster tightened.

anywho, anyone know what my problem may be? don't think it's the pillow ball mount, something is loose that I'm overlooking.

you sure you got all bushings, the upper mount is for sure tight, its obviously something with the upper mount. it just looks like the bolt eithe risnt tight enough, or your missing a bushing that takes up that space

i swear it looks like the black adjuster knob is moving relative to the rest of the upper mount when you do that. just up and down tho..... hard to tell

Ya It shouldnt move that much by pushing down on it unless it was blown. It could be blown, how low do you have them, and did you touch the preload at all?
