MOOG K200792 Lower Control Arm Bushings

Hello,
Recently installed MOOG K200792 Lower Control Arm Bushings in my 2009 Cobalt SS with GM1 tune. Factory bushings were removed from the car which has high mileage. The old bushings were replaced because a mechanic friend of mine noticed at the track the wheels were moving front to back when I spun them up.
Car seems like it now has much more power to the road ! In 2nd gear torque steer seems much more prevalent, challenging to keep it straight.
Is this just because more power is getting to the road with the new bushings and power isn't being absorbed into the body of the car because of the old bushings ? Also was power being lost because of the front to back tire movement ??
And/OR is this extra wandering torque steer caused by this design of bushing ???
Any similar experiences with these bushings or advice would be appreciated.
Thanks, Jeff

I have these installed in my car. They are a very nice bushing, and nice alternative to Powell's CAB's if you're a baller on a budget, lol.

I did not notice any change in power, because my original bushings weren't all that bad, but the front end felt tightened up for sure.

In your case, if the original bushings were torn leading to suspension slop, I can see why you feel the car is putting down the power better.

You might consider getting an alignment. I know the Moogs aren't quite as good as Powells, but they should be reducing the torque steer unless the alignment is off

Yeah... No torque steer with my car after installing the Moogs.

An alignment check might be a good idea for the OP.
