Definitely need to lower it before you add aftermarket wheels.

You wont have a problem. You just have to be more careful.

yeah it isint that easy to tell ur parents to chill i understand what he is saying about his dad wont let him do anything to his car. Both my parents are like that. But if u sit back and look at just be glad that he bought it 4 u guys think about it u could be out working and getting a really shitty car just to get u somewhere. In this case u have a pretty nice car

"like" quit bitching and "like" appreciate what u have "like".

Seriously. U have a nice car. Be greatful for what u have, appreciate ur dads decision especially since hes GOING THROUGH A HARD TIME with the divorce, and just be happy.

Im sure ur dad doesnt need u bitching and gripeing while hes sorting through all the legal papers and lawyer associated with a divorce.

yea be lucky that you got a Cobalt at your age, most of us had to deal with a POS as a first car, assuming you had help buying the car..

From the sounds of it, it's Daddy's car anyway so whatever he says goes.

ok y'all....i don't wanna sound like a spoiled brat bc im not. i helped pay for the car. i've been working at the dealership every summer since i was 11 for cheap labor. I still work their on the weekends that i'm with my dad. I wash cars, take out the trash, clean windows etc...do anything they ask me too with a smile on my face. i enjoy doing it, bc i earned my own respect there. i wasn't just given it bc of my dads ranking. and yes I DO aprreciate my car. I fricken love it! I just see all of y'alls badass cobalts on here, and wanna make mine like y'alls thats all. i mean its MY money, ive been working for it. and i'm not bitching...i just asked him. and yeah i would feel sorry for my dad in the divorce but he cheated on my mom, and plus he already has a new gf...soo yeah...i just wanna make my balt as cool as y'alls. thats it
