Need some help on lowering springs!PLEASE
I need to know if anyone is having problems with a vibration in first and second gear with any brand of lowering springs. Any input would be great.
ya no vibration either.. well none that i can tell yet, still letting mine settle in, cause they were installed 2 nights ago.. But ride is a little rougher, but ya expect that with lowering springs.
Sportlines here, smooth as silk no vibration at all.
Hmmmm Sportlines + 20's! What did you expect?

I haven't lowered it yet, i just ordered them today and I wanted to see if anyone had any problems with them, i know i read on here somewhere where someone had that problem but I can't find it so i thought that I would start my own thread.
Springs, then alignment right after.
Otherwise you'll be fighting cupped tires, and bad wear. Then the alignment won't help cause the tread on the tire is messed up and wont be properly fixed till you have new tires and a alignment.
The alignment greatly effects how the car behaves, learning from others mistakes is a lot less costly than learning on your own. Just because it may feel ok after doing the springs driving to to a shop, doesnt mean its right. Some tire shops check, not do, your alignment for free, then you can tell exactly how far off it is. I believe Sears still does that.

yea mine was almost spot on but i took it any anyways. I knew that i would never forgive myself for having to buy two brand new tires when all i had to do was take it in for a 30 dollar alignment. Especially if you have aftermarket wheels and tires, cause everyone knows tires for big rims arent cheap.
Damn i must be the only one who had some vibration when i lowered mine. But i used the H&R sport springs. But when i changed to kw coilovers there was no vibration. I think that you get the vibration if it is lowered to far and changes the angle of the axle.
