New rotors, new pics

Ordered R1 Concepts cross-drilled rotors and Hawk HPS pads all the way around. Shipping was pretty fast and the install went well. I love the way they look. Weathers been nice lately so I put my Summer wheels and tires back on. Here's some quick pics. Let me know what you guys think.

So far, so good. They feel about the same as stock but I'm not sure. I don't know if there's like a break-in period or what.. I've been taking it easy. It's cool though I can hear them as I drive haha. Thought something was wrong but all my friends told me that it's normal with drilled or slotted rotors.

mucho nice-o!

umm i got the hps pads and slotted r1 concepts rotors... they don't make any noise. i'm on the lsj brake setup though not brebo but that shouldn't make a difference.

a little 'vibration' sometimes but rly no noise.

oh and best part is, those pads put out next to no dust!

Thanks, man. I'm really happy with them. Yeah, I guess it's vibration then. It's not loud at all. You really have to listen for it. And awesome! I've heard they give a lot of dust but I'm glad that they don't. Dust sucks with black wheels.

My slotted and drilled rotors are much more audible then the stock. Nothing to worry about.

recently put my drilled and slotted on with Hawk HPS, love the look and since its been a few days I started to really try them out, they do a great job thats for sure. The vibs and slight noise increase took a few days to get used too though.

Yeah, I really put them to the test yesterday. These things stop on a dime. Don't regret buying them at all. If anyones looking for new rotors and pads this is a great setup.

looks like you got lucky and had the caliper pins come out without any trouble.
