Yup always check the manufacture website for technical information. They most times list what you want to know

Good post, and reference for all.

I just got the same ones. I can't figure out what the shock is currently set to. I know Koni says they ship them in the full soft position, but I want to be sure where they are set. Also the shock adjusts by turning it, correct? I started turning one clockwise expecting to find a stop at the full soft position but the things just keep turning. Almost seems like it doesn't change anything. Am I missing something? Any help would be appreciated!

EDIT: I just figured it out. Helps to keep reading on the koni website!
