Rear Brakes

Okay lets start of by giving a lil back brief of my car and brake set up. I have a 2009 SS with powerslot rotors and Hawk rear pads, I had to replace my driverside rear caliper when i upgraded my brakes. I started to notice my after i would release my ebrake and try to back up my car would feel like the pads were stuck to the rotors, okay no big deal its cold in Germany. Then i started to noticed a noise when i was back up like a moan noise, so today i jack the car up and release the ebrake, I notice that the passenger side has quite a bit of drag, so much it stops the wheel quickly. I am thinking maybe the ebake cable is sticking or something put after doing some adjustments by the ebrake handle no luck. Has anyone had this problem or know something else I can do to solve my issue. Is it possible that I have air in my brake lines thats not allowing my caliper piston to release all the way?
