Just wondering if any one remember how they set up there rear coil overs, im just a little confused on the separate spring and shock height adjustments and how they work together? (Ie how many turns on the spring adjust compared to the shock adjust)

Im going be installing them today and was hopping to eliminate some of the trial and error to get them to set right.
