Rear disk swap

Okay so searched around couldn't find the info I'm looking for..

I have a 2010 LT that has rear drums, bolt pattern on the car is 5x110, now I was wondering do I need to replace the axle on the 5 lug's cars? Or does the rear disks from the SS bolt up to the axle I have?

I'm doing this for APPEARANCE! So dont flame the post about disks aren't worth it! That's one thing I hated seeing every other post when I was searching..

Kit is in the jig will be ready late next week ship the week after pricing next week after we figure out what extra you need. rear brake hoses, one steel line and a clip other than calipers. And my trick bracket. also works for rear disc brake cars wanting adjustable camber, but you will need to do some cutting to make that work on a rear disc brake car.
