Finally got my Tenzo R springs in and I'm attacking my suspension tomorrow with a buddy of mine. He's got a shop with a lift and air tools, so I'm hoping this will go smooth. It's been too long! She's due for an oil change as well. I'll throw some pics up after we are done.

Any suggestions for what oil I should buy?
Any tips to help with the spring swap?

 

i put amsoil 5W-30 in my 07 for the first time last month,(23,000 + miles) and i really like it. ive tried mobile 1 synthetic, and royal purple. and MY cobalt seems to like the amsoil the best. not claiming hp or anything. but start ups seem to be smoother. could be in my head. but it was also cheaper than rp, and mobile 1.
