I lowered my car 2.5 in the rear and my springs keep popping out of the mounts. The stock shocks are to long. So my question is: Where can i find some shorter than stock rear shocks that fit an 08 cobalt ls???

 

koni's, but the springs shouldnt be poopin out. i hve my ls droped 2.5 in the rear and the springs never pooped out with the stock shocks. check the spring to make sure they are sitting on right

im tellin you they sittin just fine. i mean only one spring popped out once but i went to summit n they said i should get some shorter shocks?..u kno where i could find them??

 

u'd have to modify them, and what springs did u buy that offer a 2.5" drop? i'd still look at the springs not the shocks. u said first post they keep popping out, then u say 1 spring popped out only once, if it was the shocks dont u think the other one would do the same? if u say their installed correctly then its the springs bro bad quality bad batch bad springs something.

 

If you do get new shocks I highly recommend the Koni Yellows!!!

eibach sportlines do a 2.5 drop in rear, but i havn't had any problems
