Have you looked at the U Joints in your intermediate steering shaft?

wouldn't be a bad place to start man. jack up the car and try shaking the wheels from side to side if they do it could be hubs

Watch the video, about 2/3 of the way through.
Look at the steering wheel under braking.
Listen closely too.

its not during braking so i know its not the rotors. its only while accelerating, the harder i pull the more it shakes. but yea, i think i will check the hubs too.

mine shakes at above 60 but not always consistent. i can let go of the wheel and it just shakes back and forth.

it seems to shake more depending on what part of the freeway im on, i got a new job last month and im doing 80miles a day so im noticing more things now

axles click and such, car still pulls if i need to get the blood pumping

the alignment is probably off too

all them bumps in the road

well i'll tell ya guys what. new axles, struts, strut mounts, CAB's and an alignment and the shaking and clicking is gone.

i think the clicking and shaking stopped when i did the axle. still shook a bit though until car was aligned after the struts.

its a LOT better now.

however, over the last few months i've been hearing a thump-thump-thump as im cruising around speeds 40 or under... almost like when your brakes are warped.

i don't think its the brakes because it stops nice and smooth, nor does the sound change/go away/get louder when i'm on or off the brakes.

also doesn't matter if i'm on or off the gas, in gear, neutral, clutch in or out...

hubs?

i few weeks ago my lower perch came loose and it allowed the endlink to move which hit the wheel at like 1mph haha so that could of thrown the alignment off a little

i feel like it started shaking after that happened too but my axles or maybe a vac leak is killing me in traffic. ill be in 1st cruising and it will buck out of nowhere, like hopping

it does it in pretty much any gear if im trying to hold a constant speed. i noticed that after i did the hub swap i think.

i mean getting some new parts will be good and probably fix some of this nonsense

thump thump, rear shocks? i think my rear right is going but idk

yea im thinking i need some new CABs, i was talking to powell about it. he seems to think its the CABs since its usually just when im on the throttle. my struts and springs need some changing too, 92k and counting on all original parts. powell is gonna make some money off me soon lol.

im gonna get some axles on Wed. and i think my upstrem o2 sensor needs swapping.

when in stop & go traffic ill let it coast in neutral and the rpms will go up and down(1k-1.5k~). its not new just figured it was my dirty TB, which before cleaning the rpms would do that but (1k-down)

idk if it could be due to some of the bolts on the header not being torqued down enough causing the sensor to read funny.
