Slight issue

Hey

I drive an 08 SS/TC. It's bone stock. I bought it in the summer and have only really been driving it for the past 2 weeks.

Today, I pushed it pretty hard. Out on a curvy mountain road, a super fun road to give 'er on. I've always driven a 1/2 ton pick up and driving this car is like a whole new world of driving!

I was coming down this hill when I needed to start to slow down to avoid hitting a moose (not really, just living up to the Canadian stereotype). I push the brakes hard, but not a combat lock-up or anything. I felt this weird pulsating in the brake pedal. I wasn't skidding, traction control was on, and i was on dry road. I pumped the brakes a few times and lucky I didn't lose control and was able to slow down.

I'm really new into the tuner/race community, and don't really know what this means. Could it be my tires (the car has winter tires on it, the way I bought it), brakes or suspension? Or is the car just possessed? It was kind of scary and luckily I didn't lose control or anything like that. For the rest of the drive, this didn't happen again.

Pulsating brakes can be a sign of warped rotors. People have also said that abs will cause the pedal to pulsate though i have never experienced that.

I'll post a pick of my front rotors tomorrow. They are rusted in the centre, and I know it's something that'll have to be replaced soon. I was thinking next spring, but may need to be sooner than that.

I've experienced that through ABS in all types of vehicles like sliding on ice or snow. Today it wasn't that same case, however.

I've experienced the abs coming on and it was probably that since you had traction control come on
