Spring Question

Please dont view this as another spring post asking ride height and such i just need input. I have a quick and simple question and with so many different threads im still not sure which to go with. The question is what springs would you recomend of the ss s/c. I know everyone has used almost every spring that is avail (execpt intrax i dont think i saw anyone on here with those). But anyway what spring would you recomend from your personal use?

I have ssc springs from zzp. The drop is nice and the springs have a no sag lifetime warenty. the price wasnt to bad either. If i had the money i would have gotten coil overs though. The best spring is prob the eibach spring. You get what you pay for. Iff you go on ebay and buy some $75 dallar springs then you are going to have a ride quality that is worth about $70 bucks.

People say I got "the cheap springs", the Tenzo-R's. But to be honest I love them and havent had any problems with them at all. Plus they gave the most drop for the base cobalt.

In My Opinion Eibachs are overpriced and most companies that make springs are good companies.

For your SS/SC I would suggest Progress (at turbotechracing.com ?)or SSC from ZZP

I Diddnt want my car to be slammed all i really wanted was the rear to sit level. I didnt want to spend a lot of money so i figured i would try the ssc springs. Im glad i did. I put JUST the rear springs in and it sits absolutly perfect. Im not going to put the fronts in because i dont want it slammed having to worry about scraping blah blah and I like the loook it just made it sit level now not all jacked up in the rear.

My springs were 160 bucks so that is about 40 less than the eibachs i think. I cant tell the diff in the ride. But coilovers are def the way to go if money is not a problem.
