Pedders have minimal height difference over sportlines? Pics or ban. I have seen 1 Saturn ION on pedders and i Think an LT stock looks lower then it

Brad and I measured.

Front is the same.

Rear is a half inch difference.

Him on the 215s on the shiny wheels.

Me on 225s on the stocker TC wheels.

It really isn't ALL that much of a difference.

Controlled motion made me uber jealous of an LS though...

And there you have it......a guy with a TC on Sportlines was jealous of an LS on Pedders........that pretty much says it all. My car is a 2.2 with GMPP CAI, Touring and LE5 intake,no tune, on 215/45/17s, with TC struts/shocks, Pedders, and hardcore bar......... The TC above, could barely put down enough power to hang with me in the twisties, him with same struts, shocks, and rear bar, and MORE tire, only difference being springs, if the road got twisty he had his work cut out if he wanted to pass me. Stage 2ish SS/SCs get destroyed by me as soon as the road curves......even a little.

Pedders are the best handlig spring available for the Balt. They dont look to shabby either. Drop is between ProKit and Sportlines.

Nice 5,100th post

The red S2ish cars don't count.

Monkey operated

245s made it on like Donkey Kong too, you know about those tires.

They are lulz.

Same wheels and tires with sportlines.

Since we both have our PB open.

Listen up ass faces...of course my car in the grass and with the lip is gonna look lower.

Focus on the wheel gap.

The difference is MINIMAL.

*blush* lmao you guys are funny. im ****** with you guys on the LT comparison, but i never seen a pictar of pedders springs like the above 2. I would like a side shot of pedders on a TC . just ot make me feel better. and to qwikredline, i was like "why is this guy so butthurt?" and then i realised you own the saturn id seen that one side angled pic does no justice on the springs on the back tire lmao. I AM considering a swap to Pedders if they look good b/c I got a local guy who wants my sportlines. Hell pay probobly up to 250 for mine installed on his car. How much do pedders go for. 350?

They are $360 from Pedders, maybe less from OTTP, not sure.

quikredline took some pics of my car when I was up at his shop last weekend, he can can post them if he wants so you can see what it looks like. The front dropped a lot lower than I thought, the rear not so much but enough to get rid of the offroad look lol.

The LS up there has FULL TC SUSPENSION with Pedders springs.

Not just struts.

The SS up there is a TC on sportlines

The difference isn't much.

And those are the same EXACT wheels and tires in both pics.

I sold the wheels to Maven.

The only time you will notice sportlines are lower, is when another Cobalt with sportlines is next to it.

And even then it is minimal

Agreed. I stand corrected as I believed the springs sat alot higher then they actually do. I had the pro-kit on my LT and was not very happy with the drop at all. I was like "ok maybe they just need to settle".... but they never settled lmao

Another placebo effect.

I modded it therefor it MUST be better.

Sportlines suck compared to the stock springs from a performance standpoint.

I may be wrong but I think he was saying that springs that have a Sportline like appearance AND improved handling are win, IE Pedders look "similar" to Sportlines but improve handling. I may be wrong

Look under the back of your car, and see how many coils on your spring are actually active, then think about that.
