from what i understand the shocks and struts off the TC are several times better then whats on the SC.
and if you go with the pedders springs and TC struts its suppost to be one of the best handleing setups out there and the most cost effective

^^ Agreed. Great setup SS/TC Struts/Shocks + Pedders = WIN. OTT has a great deal on their site right now that comes with everything. Great price also

You guys should invest in some lowering springs also along with the struts/shocks. Should be a very noticeable difference in handling compared to stock.

Just to let you guys know i installed the TC struts and pedders springs over the weekend and the car handles absolutly amazing. i swapped out my k-sport coilovers for these the ksports handles well but made the car very unpredictable near the limit it actually made me end up in the woods one day, not to mention the ride was really rough also you felt every thing
the TC pedders combo feels much more stable and you can push it further befor reaching the limit and when you get there its much more predictable

I have a 07 LT with eibach prokit and i just put the tc shocks/struts on mine and it even dropped my car a little bit down over the stock shocks/struts. I love the new feel and i paid $300 shipped for the shocks/struts at crateenginedepot and the shipping was fast.

You're leaving out an important part, what springs do you have? According to everyone, Pedders handle better, don't drop as much, don't bind ... Pedders are for handling. Go Sprotlines or whatever else for a drop.

SSC springs provide a decent drop but by far from what I've been hearing from not only people that have switched over but also from certain vendors; Pedders are higher quality and provide the greatest handling compared to any other spring in the market for our cars. BUT it all comes down to what you prefer; Handling vs. Appearance. Pedders don't drop as low as the SSC springs but they handle better. SSC drop lower than Pedders but they don't handle as well. Everyone has their own opinion on this. Either way you go with the springs I would still recommend the SS/TC Struts/Shocks because you are likely to blow the stockers down the line.

Can some one post a link to these peddler springs

Im looking to just increase handling and performance. Based on this thread it appears the SS/TC strut/Shocks with the peddle springs is the way to go for puer handling? What is the total cost of this package, will it bolt right up to a G5GT 2008?

thanks guys

That's a good point that it states that on ZZP's site. Even though that's what is written, the SSC springs drop is actually very similar to Sportlines or so as I hear. As for the Pedder's, I am assuming the drop 1.5 and 1.6 is referencing stock cobalts (could be wrong) but from looking at different reviews they are a little lower than stock for us but not as low as the SSC, H&R, or Sportlines.

This is a great deal on OTT's website going on right now. You get the SS/TC Struts/Shocks + Pedders Springs + Steering Rack Spacers. Perfect Setup, and yes it should bolt right up. http://www.ottperformance.com/store/...mbo-8p1150.htm

this seems perfect, you get the strut/shock combo that everyone raves about off of the SS/TC, and some springs that dont dump the car, and are more geared towards performance, yet also add a touch of look with a mild drop..

i think i def want this combo thank you for the link, is OTTP a good web site. Does any one know how much time/Labor would be invovled to install these
